We ask for the information needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.

Project enquiries

The project form collects your name, company, contact information, plant location and project details. On successful submission, those details are saved in a private area of Jantek’s hosting for its team to review and respond. They are not published on the website and are not a mailing-list signup.

Feasibility assessments

The feasibility tool processes your answers in your browser. It does not automatically send or store them. You can choose to copy, print or email the result. The separate project enquiry form stores only the information you enter into that form.

Technical information

The enquiry form uses a session cookie for submission security. Limited technical information is used to rate-limit requests and reduce spam. The website itself does not add advertising or analytics trackers; the hosting provider may maintain operational logs.

Sharing and retention

Project information is intended for Jantek’s authorized team and the hosting systems needed to operate the form. It should be retained only while needed to review, respond to or manage the enquiry and related business requirements.

Request an update or deletion

Email sales@jantek.in with your company name and enquiry reference, if available. Please avoid submitting passwords, confidential production recipes or other sensitive data in the initial form.
