Define the workflow before selecting modules
Start with a specific operating problem: missed production confirmations, incomplete inspection records, repeated stoppages or manual data entry. Identify the source signals, responsible users and action that should follow. Module availability and the delivered configuration are confirmed in the project proposal.

How the delivery responsibilities fit together
Jantek scopes the equipment survey, control-system changes, interface engineering, commissioning, training and handover. The technology scope defines the selected modules, user roles, deployment environment, data retention and integrations. Both are agreed together so software and physical operations have a clear boundary of responsibility.
Deployment and commercial questions
Confirm whether the proposed configuration can run on a plant server, requires internet access or includes hosted services. The proposal should identify backups, recovery, infrastructure ownership, cybersecurity responsibilities, licenses, support coverage and any recurring costs. Request a relevant demonstration
Share one representative machine type, the workflow to improve and the systems it must connect to. Ask for a demonstration of that workflow, including an exception such as a missing scan or interrupted connection.
